The Tyvek surface is low-maintenance — wipe it down with a damp cloth, or hand-wash gently with mild soap and air-dry. Avoid machine washing, ironing or tumble drying, as high heat can distort the material.
The bag is water-repellent: light rain and spills bead off the coated surface, so your laptop and essentials stay protected. It is not designed for full submersion, but everyday weather is no problem.
Personalized names and messages are heat-pressed to order and add roughly 2–3 business days to production. You'll receive a digital proof to approve before we finalise your bag.
We offer free tracked global shipping, typically arriving within 5–8 business days. Non-personalized bags can be returned within 30 days in unused condition; custom-engraved pieces are covered by our craftsmanship warranty against defects.
