Our artists digitally sculpt your photo into a layered 3D relief, hand-refining the depth of the fur, ears and expression so the portrait reads beautifully once cast in metal.
The approved model is cast in solid 925 sterling silver using traditional lost-wax casting, then hand-polished and oxidised to bring out contrast. Each piece is inspected before it ships.
No plating, no filler — just certified sterling silver, stamped for authenticity.

Because each pendant is engraved to order, production takes 3–5 business days. We then ship worldwide with tracked express delivery, typically arriving within 3–5 days. You'll receive a digital proof for approval before we cast.
Sterling silver naturally patinas over time. Keep your pendant dry, store it in the pouch provided, and buff gently with the included polishing cloth to restore its shine. Avoid perfumes, chlorine and abrasive cleaners.
If anything isn't right with your engraving or casting, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll remake it free of charge. Personalized pieces are made to order and covered against manufacturing defects.
