SVG, AI, EPS, PDF, or high-resolution PNG (300 DPI minimum). Vector files produce the sharpest engraving results.

How fast is the free proof turnaround?

Most digital proofs are delivered within 1 business day after you submit your configuration and artwork.

Which mounting option should I choose?

Hidden screws suit permanent wall installs. 3M adhesive works on smooth painted walls and doors. The brass hook is best for suspended or gift-style display.

What is the production lead time?

After proof approval, carving and finishing take 5–7 business days, plus shipping. Rush service is available on request.
