Our Process
From Photo to Heirloom
- 01
Photo Selection
Send us your favourite photo. We look for clear, well-lit, high-contrast images where your pet's face and eyes are sharp — this is what lets our engravers capture every whisker and marking.
- 02
Precision 3D Relief Modeling
Our artists digitally sculpt your photo into a layered 3D relief, hand-refining the depth of the fur, ears and expression so the portrait reads beautifully once cast in metal.
- 03
Sterling Silver Casting & Polishing
The approved model is cast in solid 925 sterling silver using traditional lost-wax casting, then hand-polished and oxidised to bring out contrast. Each piece is inspected before it ships.
